Ohio's schedule (JFS 07767, Rev. 6/2023, promulgated under Ohio Rev. Code § 3119.021 and OAC 5101:12-1-17) is built on the parents' combined ANNUAL adjusted gross income and runs from $8,400 to $336,000 in $600 steps; every row here was divided by 12 and rounded to whole dollars so the calculator works in monthly figures ($700 to $28,000 in $50 steps). The bottom rows embed a self-sufficiency reserve, so the first row is $960 a year ($80 a month) for any number of children, matching the $80 minimum order in § 3119.06. When income falls between two rows the JFS 07766 manual lets the court use the higher row, the lower row or a proportional amount; this tool interpolates. Above $336,000 a year, § 3119.04 requires a case-by-case award that is normally no less than the top-row amount, so no percentage is applied here. Health insurance, child-care costs and the 10% parenting-time adjustment (90+ overnights) are applied on the worksheet after the schedule amount.
