Does Queen Creek have its own rule?

No. Arizona Child Support Guidelines (2022), § III.A and Schedule of Basic Support Obligations (A.R.S. § 25-320 app.; Ariz. Sup. Ct. Admin. Order 2021-56) applies across Arizona, so a case from Queen Creek is decided by the same numbers as one filed anywhere else in the state. What changes locally is the courthouse, the clerk's procedure and how long the docket takes — not the amount.

What the statute says

Arizona Child Support Guidelines (2022), § III.A and Schedule of Basic Support Obligations (A.R.S. § 25-320 app.; Ariz. Sup. Ct. Admin. Order 2021-56) — Arizona schedule of basic support obligations (income shares, combined adjusted gross income). Arizona uses the parents' Combined Adjusted Child Support Income, a monthly GROSS figure after the guideline adjustments for spousal maintenance and support of other children. The Schedule of Basic Support Obligations in the 2022 Arizona Child Support Guidelines (effective January 1, 2022, adopted by Administrative Order 2021-56) runs from $750 to $30,000 in $50 steps; § III.A says to use the income closest to the combined figure and to round up when it falls exactly halfway, whereas this tool resolves an exact tie to the lower row. Above $30,000 the $30,000-row amount is the presumptive obligation unless a party proves a higher amount is in the child's best interests, so no percentage is added. The children's medical insurance premium, child-care costs and any extra-education or older-child adjustments are added and split by income share, the parenting-time table then credits the paying parent's days, and a self-support reserve test (80% of full-time minimum-wage earnings) can reduce the final order.
